LOST all Local Packages

Help!!

I had to uninstall and reinstall SQL 2000 Enterprise and
did not realize that all my local DTS packages would be
gone. Did I actually delete them?? or is there some way
to restore/attach them like the actual databases??

I have a tape back-up but wouldn't know where to look to
actually find just the dts packages. Where are they
stored??

If you stored your packages in sql server you will find them in the msdb
Restore the msdb from tape.
