I created a simple package that just doesn't want to run regularly. It's simply an FTP download and overwriting a single file in a directory. I scheduled it to run every night at a certain time but it is not doing so. When I go back into the scheduling, I see that the default time is there, not the time I scheduled it for. Also, where is the log that tells me what happened? You'd think I could right click the package and have that as an option. SQL2000 |

With the DTS Job scheduled in SQL Server Agent, can you right-click on the job and select "Start" or "Run" (I don't remember SQL 2000 UI) If it runs OK as an Agent Job, then re-check the schedule. Try deleting it and create a new schedule. -- Todd C [If this response was helpful, please indicate by clicking the appropriate answer at the bottom] "Rockitman" wrote: I created a simple package that just doesn't want to run regularly.
