I have exported DTS packages to load onto another network. How do I load th packages into another SQLServer. I can run them against the another system, but (DTSRUN) not load them for modification or see them visually through EM. I'm running SQL 2000 |

hmmmm Not quite sure what you mean but By export do you mean to Structured Storage File? If yes then you can use EM on your other server (right click on the Data Transformation Services folder | Open Package) now navigate to the file. The connections though may still be pointing to what is for you now the wrong server. Remember DTS is a client side so it in the mani has to do with where you open the package more than its physical location -- Allan Mitchell MCSE,MCDBA, (Microsoft SQL Server MVP) www.SQLDTS.com - The site for all your DTS needs. www.Konesans.com "Louis Ritchie" <Louis Ritchie (AT) discussions (DOT) microsoft.com> wrote in message news:EA6259A7-FB89-49C9-B1C0-17217270F89A (AT) microsoft (DOT) com...
