Friends, My instance of SQL Server 2000 comprises 2 databases (db_1 and db_2). From db_1 how do I link to a table in db_2 so that I can create a View in db_1 that joins the two tables? For example, through an MS-Access ODBC connection to SQL Server, I can choose File / Get External Data / Link Tables. After I link to the two tables (one table in db_1 and one table in db_2), I can create a query that joins the two tables. How can I accomplish this inside SQL Server? Thanks for your help ... Bill |
