Default Information Model is not getting updated! - 12-10-2003 , 04:06 PM

Hello!

I tried running Insrepim.exe to update the Information
Model. It didn't work.

I Upgraded SQL from 7 to 2k and I cud able to see all the
Repository packages as metadata packages in 2k. I cud not
modify and save any. I get an error saying that " The
Information Model of Metatdata has to be upgraded"

I wud be glad if anyone cud tell me what the problem is
and what do I need to do inorder to get it work.
thanks in advance!

Kris

Did you see the BOL topic
(mk:@MSITStore:C:\Program%20Files\Microsoft%20SQL% 20Server\80\Tools\Books
\dtssql.chm::/dts_metadata_3ui4.htm)?

"Information models must be installed in the exact order shown below" -
using the sample batch file?
