Default Importing Excel-XP data from a workbook with a password - 02-02-2004 , 08:50 PM

Does anyone know how to import data from a workbook that
has read and write passwords on it ?

If I attempt to open it using DTS without specifying a
password I get the message "Could not decrypt file."

I know both of the passwords and can quite happily open
the workbook with Excel. I have tried to set the password
property of the connectio but when I try to open it using
DTS I get the following message
Error Source : Microsoft JET Database Engine

Error Description : Cannot start your application. The
workgroup information file is missing or opened
exclusively by another user.

TIA
Stephen
