The Import/Export Wizard?

Note that DTS is not an upsizing tool for Access, just data transfer. If
you want properly migrated structures then there is an Access upsizer
from MS instead.

so Darren then there is no way that you know of outside the upsizing tool to
import stored procedures from Access to SQL2000? the "import objects" thru
the Import/Export wiz is greyed out - thanks for your help.

No way I know, but then I haven't looked very hard. It is one way, and
probably quite a good one as well, but no doubt there are other options, and
probably some third-party tools that may suit your requirements.
