Import Excel into MSSQL Express 2005

I need to import an excel spreadsheet into a SQL Express 2005 DB...Please
tell me how.

Hello JN,

Do you not have the IMPORT/EXPORT wizard? Look in <install location>\Program
Files\Microsoft SQL Server\90\DTS\Binn

I found the dtswiz under C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL
Server\80\Tools\Binn.

I initially installed 2K on that box but uninstalled since I was using VS
2005 w/SQL Express.
