Import Excel into MSDE sql - 01-25-2005 , 11:55 PM

I am using C# and Windows Forms, NOT ASP.

What are the basic steps to importing an Excel spreadsheet into MSDE sql
Desktop Server

Where can I find code examples, or step by step instructions on how to do
this???
