Import data from Excel

Hi, I am import data from Excel to SQL Server using DTS. But the column name
is in the second row (some cells in the first row merged). How can I define
the column name from second row?
There is password in this file. How can I put password in DTS package?

Customized solutions needed to accomoplish such complex mechanics are
