Default IMEX=2 - 08-12-2003 , 05:35 AM

Hi ,
have a spread sheet where a column has numeric values in
the first set of rows alpha numeric values for the rest of
the rows, In order to fetch the data correctly If I set
the IMEX value as One (IMEX=1)
What will The effect be If I change it IMEX=2?
Cheers
Ravi

Hi,
But would IMEX=2 do the same thing as IMEX=1, Meaning
would it make sure that the gets ported irrespective of it
being numeric or alpha-numeric

I have never tried it. Why don't you run a sample import to test it ?
