I can't debug my scripts using microsoft script debugger

I have installed Microsoft Debugger on my computer and turnned on
just-in-time debugging on the Data Trnasformation Services ,I used a "STOP"
command to make my script stop ,,but it dosen't force my script to
run(nothing happens). Should I do extra steps to enable debugging my script?
