Default How to remove a password from a package ? - 02-03-2004 , 02:09 PM

Hi,
I created a DTS package with password. I would like to
remove that password option. How do I make this change ?
I don't want to drop and create this pkg since it's a lot
of work for me !!
TIA
Mohan

You don't need to drop it rather youneed to

Open | Save As.

If you want it saved back as the original name then you need to drop the
original and then

Open | Save As

Again on the package you just did it on.

I'd do a "save as" and give the dts a "-1" or "ver1"
indicator. Delete the original then rename the "-1"
or "ver1" DTS to the original name.
