You can automate a package by using your favourite scheduling tool (SQL Server
Agent, Autosys, Windows Schedulker) look at DTSRUN

This is not a job for DTS. It is a job for your UI. Excel when using the
pivot table has an option to refresh on opening. If the cube is processed
then when the user opens the spreadsheet it is there with the new data.


You could do the same with your We UI.
