Does anyone know how to setup a common a common Proxy & Credential for
developers to schedule jobs?

In SQL 2000 we could create a common User that Developers could logon with
and schedule packages as jobs. The issue came about in SQL 2000 when
developers could not see what packages were scheduled and running to monitor
the Job's progress.

I would like to do this in SQL 2005 or some way that any developer can see
what jobs scheduled or running. Does anyone know how this can be done?
