There is no way to do this through the fact that you are copying a DTS
package.

I am presuming you want to do this so that when the package runs on the
remote server it will still find the XL spreadsheet in the same place
inrelation to the remote server as it did locally???

Try to configure your files to use UNC paths or use the Dynamic
properties task to set the path at runtime
