how to add DTSPackage Object Library to Access 2000

Hi,

Does anyone know how to add DTSpackage Object Library to Access 2000? I can
find it in VB6 but not in Access 2000. I also tried to add ActiveX Controls
\ Register... but no luck. Please help. Thanks.

It shows up on one of my PCs. Tools, References and
Microsoft DTSPackage Object Library. Is this the same PC
where you can find it in VB6 but not in Access?
