Help with Error -2147024882 (8007000E)

Hi, IÂ´m having problems with a DTS that reads a text file from a Unix Server
and loads data into a table in SQL Server Enterprise and sometimes it Fails
with error -2147024882 (8007000E)
Error string: Not enough storage is available to complete this operation.

If someone have a solution for this Error outthere It would be apreciate
