Getting error while saving DTS package as Meta Data Services - 06-23-2005 , 01:46 AM

Hi, All
I tried to save one of my DTS package as Meta Data Services and got
following error messgae:

Error Source: Microsoft Data Transformation Services (DTS) Package
Error Description : General Error -2147217355(80041035)

Please help me on this.
