I am trying to FTP a file using a Structured Storage File.

I am using BCP to export a file to a directory and then FTP'ing this file to
another server. It works fine in design mode the first time i run it but when
i try to run it again it fails. I have installed SP3 which several sites have
stated should fix this porblem but it did not.

When i try to run the file using DTSRUN it always fails with the error message

error DTSStep_DTSCreateProcessTask_2 -2147220330 : process returns code 2
which does not match the SucessReturnCode of 0

Do you know why this FTP is failing when i use DTSRUN?
