I have a load of dts packages written in SQL Server 7.0, all of which were
set to start the import process at at row 2 of each file.

Now I have moved them to SQL Server 2000, I get a message saysing that the
last row must be equal to or greater than the first row.

Is there another way of getting a dts package to start importing from a
specific row number in the text file, and then continuing to the end of the
file?

Set 'last row' to insanely big number.
