Default Exporting to Excel - 03-22-2006 , 04:18 AM

I have a DTS package that gets data and exports it to an Excel workbook and
then sends the workbook to an email recipient.

The spreadsheets are already created because a macro runs when the user
opens it to format the data and autofilter etc.

So I create my package that points to the created spreadsheet. Everything
goes fine...except the DTS package appends to the existing data in the
workbook. I cannot output to a different workbook because I need the workbook
to be the same name so the email picks up the correct file and emails it.

Does anyone know how I can create a DTS package which outputs to a workbook,
overwriting what is already there so I can send the email with the attached
file?

Thx
Billy
