I have a DTS package that copies data from a SQL Server table to a corresponding DB2 table and am getting the following error: DATA TRANSFORMATION SERVICES: Data Pump Exception Log Package Name: db2 Staging DTS Test Package Description: (null) Package ID: {D60735CB-225F-4829-85A7-E891D3355DFC} Package Version: {F07B0CFD-DF0D-4625-8FFA-74D03CA6AD46} Step Name: DTSStep_DTSDataPumpTask_1k_1xecution Started: 2/9/2005 11:49:36 AM Error at Destination for Row number 1. Errors encountered so far in this task: 1. Error code: 80004005 111111111| 111111111| I am only getting this error with Version 8, fixpac 7a, of DB2 Connect, using the ODBC driver and the OLE DB provider. I can run the exact same package with Version 7 of DB2 Connect and it executes successfully. We've sent traces to IBM support and they seem to indicate it is a Microsoft SQL Server DTS problem. Help! Thanks. |

Are you attempting to transfer DATETIME values? In my experience DB2 and SQL Server had some issue converting this data type between platforms.
