Exporting data to a secured access database

I have an access database that is encrypted using a workgroup file
(security.mdw)

Although the DTS wizard has an area that you can provide a password - this
must only be setup for Access databases that are protected using a "Database
Password"

How can I export data to an Access Secured database with a workgroup file
(security.mdw)?

The database name is CODA_BE

This is an example of the command string in my shortcut:
"C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office10\MSACCESS.EXE"
"C:\Coda\CODA_BE.mdb" /WRKGRP "C:\Coda\Security.mdw"

This would help me extremely - Thanks!
