When I set the destination column, SQL craches.
Anybody can help me?

In Google I saw that is a problem that happens with Service Pack3.

Yep.

This was patched originally as a hotfix.

It is detailed here

It whould be patched now as part of SP4 though.

If I install service pack 4, i resolve this problem?

It certainly should do yes.

The usual caveats apply to service packing your SQL Server i.e. Test , Test
and test again.
