Export and Import DTS

Hi,
I am having a DTS Package of extension .DTS.
I want this to be saved as a DTS Package under Local
Packages of my SQL Server.How to do it?

Right Click on the Data Transformation Services Folder | Open Package | Navigate to file
Once in Designer File | Save As
