error DTSWizard.exe. - OLE DB Provider for DB2 - 11-03-2005 , 09:50 PM

I use DTSWizard.exe to replicated the database from iSeries (AS/400) to SQL
2005.
using "IBM DB2 for iSeries OLE DB Provider", with error.

In Readme mentioned, downloaded the Microsoft OLE DB Provider for DB2, but I
can't find it in Microsoft web site.

pls help
