On Component services - My Computer the Properties windows
is also not opening to Reset the msdtc.log file in SQL
Server 2003.

How to solve the problem.

Do you really mean SQL Server 2003? The next release of SQL Server, still
codenamed only as "Yukon" is currently in private beta, and if this is what
you are talking about then you should be asking this question in the beta
newsgroup. Posting here probably violates your NDA.

If you really mean SQL Server 2000, then please post the full event log
entry details.
