dynamically read and create excel metadata

Hi
Here is my Problem definition:
I need to have capability to
- import excel file with dynamic number of columns to sql server table
- export to excel file from a sql table with dynamic number of
columns.

Basically i need to dynamically read and write excel metadata.

Looking for a vbscript solution to implement the same. Please help.
