Default dtswizard insert identity - 09-23-2008 , 07:33 AM

Hi,

I would like to ask if it is possible to change the default options of
dtswizard (sql server 2005)?
I have more than 300 tables, and I would like to set the 'enable insert
identity' mapping options for all tables (in one step)... Is there any
parameter to do this?
thank you

chris

Hi again,

It was my mistake, because the sql service pack wasn't applied... After
the sp2, it is possible to change mappings for more tables in one step. But I
have a little problem again:
If I check the 'Optimize for Many Tables', the 'enable identity insert'
doesn't work (even I mark out it). If I uncheck the 'Optimize for Many
Tables', then I get error like this:
Validating error: The column "<column name>" cannot be processed because more
than one code page (1252 and 1250) are specified for it...
Any advice is appreciated.
Thank you
chris
