We have a schedule that was written in Excel. It tracks all of our direct
card employees (250 +), they use Comments religously to note changes,
call-ins, etc. Using DTS, How can I pull these comments into the SQL
Server?

Unless comments appear as data then using a traditional method in DTS
will not work (at least to my knowledge)
You will more than likley need to use the Excel Object model to grab the
comments and do something with them.
