DTS Wizard - No such interface supported - 12-20-2004 , 02:51 PM

I am running SQL server 2000 developers edition on Win XP.

When I try to start the import/export wizard I receive the following:

DTS Import/Export wizard Error: GetSourcesRowset
No such interface supported

Does anyone know why I am receiving this error?
I have looked everywhere.
