Getting the following error when running DTS from one of
our Workstations to "Serverx"
"The license for installation of Microsoft SQL Server on
your Source and Destination connections does not permit
the use of DTS to transform data. Refer to your License
agreement for more information."

DTS, however, works fine on the other servers.

Any help appreciated

You don't mention what versions are involved - possible this
is the issue:
