I have recently installed Service Pack 4 for Windows 2000.
My machine is running SQL Server 2000 with SQL Service
Pack 3 and the latest available version of MDAC 2.7
I now notice that when attempting to make any connections
by designing a dts package that uses a db III, db IV, or
db V connection to a Microsoft OLE DB Provider for SQL
Server that Enterprise Manager will crash with a generic
MMC.exe error, no additional log information is actually
being captured or stored. My question is how can I fix
this without uninstalling Winnt SP4?
