DTS vs Linked server

Hi,

I have two SQL Server 2000 sp3a and I wish to know which is the fastest way
to trasnfer data (on a daily basis - around 30,000 rows) from one sql server
to the other.
Whe I did some testing - using linked server was a liitle bit faster.

Any comments?

P.S. Fastest way is not the best way. Safest way is the one.
