I need a book, website, anything to get up to speed ASAP on Data
Transformation Services and programming in VB Script.

We are running SQL Server Enterprise Manager Version 8.00.194.

There are several VBscript examples to help you get their object model.

sqldts dot com is useful as there are several examples and articles but as
in all things the code there ranges from superb to elusive. Check it out.

The MS "Step by Step" book is useless unless you install their software and
work the book from cover to cover.
