Can anyone shed any light on this.

If I go into the local packages and try to design an
existing package it opens a new window with just the name
of the package in the title bar. There is nothing else
displayed, even the toolbars are missing.

I have logged onto another PC and can open this package
without any problems, so there appears to be a problem
with my PC. I have removed and reinstalled sql server
2000 tools but still get the problem.

The PC is running on XP.

I only get this problem if I have WindowsBlinds from StarDock running,
and using a theme other than Windows Classic or the XP Olive, Blue, or
Silver themes. If you aren't running WindowsBlinds, you should switch to
Windows Classic theme temporarily to see if this remedies the problem.
