I am going crazy over a load job, I am loading few tables from one sql server to another sql server, for that i created a DTS package, it was running fine until recently, all of a sudden it started giving me problems. It was scheduled to run daily. The package logging shows every sub module was executed successfully, but if i see target tables there is no data in it. Any idea how to trap these errors or what i am doing wrong here. Thanks, Subbu. |

Because you are using a job and because in jobs errors do not always bubble up I would go to the server, log in as the Agent Service account or proxy and fire it manually. Now see if it works. http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=269074 -- Allan Mitchell MCSE,MCDBA, (Microsoft SQL Server MVP) www.SQLDTS.com - The site for all your DTS needs. www.SQLIS.com - You thought DTS was good. here we show you the new stuff. www.konesans.com - Consultancy from the people who know "Subbaiahd" <subbaiahd (AT) hotmail (DOT) com> wrote in message news:eiuxx6IBFHA.904 (AT) TK2MSFTNGP12 (DOT) phx.gbl...
