Default DTS and SQL server agent security - 12-03-2003 , 03:19 PM

Does anybody familiar with the message "SQLServerAgent
Security context does not have server-autorestart
privilege." and " password verification of
the 'SQLAgentCmd Exec' proxy account failed(reason: A
required privilege is not held by the client).
When I run the jobs(DTS, maintenance), I got this error
messages above. In fact, I used my account to start the
agent and I am the local admin.
Any idea would helpful.
