You should find the DTS packages under the Management -> Legacy -> Data Transformation Services branch in SQL Management Studio. If you're lucky, and everything you need is installed, right-click a package and choose Open. I was recently working on a few packages for a client. Editing was problematic, but mostly worked. Some of the icons were invisible, but passing the mouse over them, or clicking to select them, made most of them visible. After I had saved the packages once, the icons stayed visible. I don't know about scheduling them since I wasn't doing that. If nothing else, maybe you can use the Execute DTS Package step in an SSIS package and schedule the SSIS package.
