I have used multiple DTS packages to process multiple cubes at the same
time. And I got the following error:

DTSRun OnError: DTSStep_DTSOlapProcess.Task_1, Error = -2147221468

Error string: User NTSRV\Administrator on computer ntsrv.domain.com has
locked 'OLAPDB'.
Description: Processing database 'OLAPDB'.
