Is there any way to changes the percentcomplete present in Onprogress event
via the DTS designer ?

teh percent complete always shows 0, how can it be changed to show the load
progress ?

The value is supplied by the task raising the OnProgress event, so this
is beyond your control. Some tasks do, some don't normally depends on if
it is appropriate.
