Default DTS package unable to open in 2005 - 03-08-2009 , 02:14 PM

Hi All,

Our organisation has a SQL Server 2000 SP4 which has a database of 35GB
with around 75 DTS packages. Now we wanted to upgrade that one and we moved
that database from 2000 to 2005. I moved all the DTS packages from SQL Server
2000 to SQL Server 2005 .....but now i am unable to open the DTS packages in
the SQL Server 2005 and i am getting the error

[DBNetlib][ConnectioOpen](invalid Instance()).] Invalid Connection.

Any help will be greatly appereciated.........its very urgent.

Thanks in Advance

did you install the DTS part of the feature pack. even with it i've
had spotty experience with it. sometimes it works, and sometimes it
doesn't.
