DTS Package Primary Interop Assembly

Hi,
is there any Primary Interop Assembly for the DTS Package in order to use
this COM componente from .Net applications?

No.

No help for SQL 2000, but I believe they do ship with SQL 2005, as part
of backward compatibility and the upgrade story, or rather don't upgrade
DTS until you are ready, but get the new engine today. Can't remember
much but sure I saw some when browsing around a while back...
