DTS package fails as scheduled job

I recently loaded SP4 for SQL 7 and MDAC 2.7.1. Since
that point, the scheduled DTS packages on that SQL server
will not run. I can run the jobs from a command line
using DTSRUN and the owners on all the jobs have the
proper security.
The error I receive is:
DTSRun: Cannot create COM Server to load and execute DTS
Package. Error -2147221164 (80040154): Class not
registered. Process Exit Code -2147221164. The step
failed.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Can you try re SPing the SQL Server ?
