I have a user that cannot run a DTS package from her PC.
I can run it on my PC. We have an Access database that
runs a DTS package on a SQL Server (ver 7). We both
copied the .MDE to our local drive. What is she missing?

She is probably missing the DTS dlls. DTS is client side so you need them
