Default DTS Package Fails - 11-28-2006 , 10:31 AM

Hi, I have a dts package which contains serveral steps and recently it has
been failing in one of the steps. Is there any way I can trace why it fails?

Thanks,

Hello qjlee,

Enable logging in the package. If you are executing the package interactively
double clicking on the error in the window after failure should give you
an idea of why the package has failed.

Hello qjlee,

On the designer surface right click. You should get a context menu.

Select Package Properties
Now look at the Logging tab
