DTS package is failing

Hello,
Will appreciate your insight in resolving this issue. If I
run this package manually it runs without any problem. But
If I schedule it as a job, it fails with following error.
Any help appreciated.

Usually when things fail as a job but run happily when done manually it can
be attributed to this article
