DTS package deleted from msdb database

How do I go about restoring the DTS package from a backup copy of the
database from a month ago??

Restore msdb on another server or restore it to another
name. Then you can move the package using the system table
sysdtspackages in msdb. You can find info on this table and
transferring packages at:
http://www.sqldts.com/default.aspx?6,105,204,0,1
