Hi all,

I got a problem when dts from oracle 8 to sql server 2000.

I have a column in oracle is "Long" data type, when transfered to sql,
the column data type becomes "Text", the content becomes "<LONG TEXT>".

could anyone tell me how do i transfer long type data (by using dts)
from oracle to sql??

Many thanks.

Some more details about the dts package? The long datatype is the Oracle
equivalent of the text datatype in SQL 2000. How are you doing the transfer
in the package? What transfer task are you using?
